I also tried that but I think it is better to use wget which is a very great command line d/l tool, it supports resume and much more, even referer spoofing etc, then use vbscript to run that exe together with the url etc.
Rating comments in this legacy AppDeploy message board thread won't reorder them,so that the conversation will remain readable.
