File asscosciation Info?
Hi all,
I need to know after publishing the application to the users by APP-V, Ex: Adobe reader , When user will logon to his system the .PDF files will get Adobe reader ICON means it will get assosciate with Adobe reader which is virtualized,
My question is by which service or technology the Base Operating system will come to know and it will assosciate Adobe reader.exe to its respective files,
Note: The user dint launch the virtualized app once also

File associations will invoke SFTTRAY.EXE (part of the App-V client) to launch applications. If you look at your file assocations in detail through explorer you can see the commands the App-V client is registering.
Rating comments in this legacy AppDeploy message board thread won't reorder them,so that the conversation will remain readable.
