Software Deployment

At this moment I am trying to make a package of an application which is installed on a machine with M: as the rootdrive. When I looked at the exclusion list it shows all the C: drive exclusions.
I tried to modify the repackage.ini file directly so that I didn't have to add all entries manually. Wise doesn't see my additions in the repackage.ini file. Does anybody know how I can put these entries in the file manually?

I am using package studio 5.6 with a sharepoint directory.
