ERROR-WINDOWS INSTALLER
My Error is as follows;
Top states, "Problem with Shortcut" then in pop up, "The Windows Installer Service could not be accessed. This can occur if you are running Windows in safe mode, or if the Windows Installer is not correctly installed. Contact your support personnel for assistance.
This occurs trying to use Excel, or copy paste into my Microsoft Word. Odd part is I was able to use the Word once with the installer, then it denied me with the error above. Excel was reloaded, still the same error. The techs have been unhelpful. Any ideas?

If it's saying that the Windows Installer service might not be installed correctly, try as a first step re-registering msi.dll
