Error while installing the scripted package
Hi, I have packaged the scanner software for HP Scanjet 5550C. While installing the MSI package, it says, the file hpqthb08.exe is not compatible with XP operating system, but, i have done the setup capture on XP platform itself and it did't throw any compatibility dialog box at the time of capture. Can some one suggest me how to go about it?? Thanks in advance!!

Check event viewer and see if you can see a less cryptic message for this error because I havent seen this error before.
