Error while installing Oracle 11gR2 in system Context.

While installing Oracle 11gR2 in system context it gives error message

[INS-08802] Unable to instantiate the View class referred by View ID 'SummaryUI'.

oracle forums suggest that this happens when user name contains "!" .
