Error: UNABLE TO REGISTER WINDOW CLASS

I wonder if any 1 can help me?
Ive been sent my Broad-Band Installation Disc and when i try to load it into my system i get the following error message: UNABLE TO REGISTER WINDOW CLASS.
Does any1 know what this means or how i can sort the problem out. I run windows 98 second edition.

Hi,
I've got exactly the same problem on my Windows ME PC when I insert an Orange Broadband setup CD.
Did you get any resolution on this?
All I can find on Google indicates that it is "an unusual problem" - no help at all.
Any assistance / suggestions gratefully accepted.

I'm willing to bet that your OS isn't supported by the software. Check with your ISP.
