Error :PXE51 No proxyDHCP or DHCP offers were recieved
I am trying to capture an XP image on vmware workstation from task sequence using Build and capture option.
when i reboot the client machine, it throws me the below PXE51 error
stating that 'No proxyDHCP or DHCP offers were recieved'
i have stopped the Vmware DHCP service ,what else should i do to make it work.

Any other solutions to this? I restarted the DHCP client on the machine, no results. WDS does not exist on the machine either.

The issue was with the DHCP and WDS, it got resolved by restarting ths service and re-configuring the WDS.
