Hi,
some more information could be helpful.
May a hint: a prerequirement is missing on clint side, e.g. VC++ 2005 runtime.

Could this be one of those applications needing VC++ 2005 runtime files installed physically to each client? At least I sort of remember seeing this application before on one of my classes..

it´s recommended to install this nativ into the client.
