sorry, what is "local copy instead" mean, i didn't get you, could u please explain once..

what i'm doing doing here..

1. i have seq's app using app-v 4.6 sp1(VM-win7) and copied seq'd folder to base machine.
2. i am reverting VM-win7 and Copying same folder to VM-win7 desktop from base machine desktop.
3.after that i am trying to open .sprj file using app-v seq 4.6sp1 , i'm getting error like "Couldn't open xxxxx.Sprj file ,error 5 Access denied"

any solution for this

I mean a local copy of the package as you done it already.
Verify the properties of the .sprj file - may it is set to readonly.

i have checked .sprj file properties, there read-only check box is unchecked.!

any?

Did you check also the other files?

I could generate the error by set all files of the package as read only.
Im my test, the error 5 came up at the sft file.

yes it's .sft file problem. .sft properties checked read-only checkbox, so i have unchecked and tested , now i can able to edit seq'd app..
