error 1939 when sequencing in app-v
Hi all
i am attempting to sequence an application in 4.6sp1
the first part of this is to install a gateway client, this works fine manually but when the sequencer is monitoring i get an error
1939 - could not be configured. this could be a problem with the package or permissions.
This seems to only be an issue when sequencing in app-v
any suggestions on how i can get this working, since i cant start the service it could be an issue.

What's the name of the software you are trying to sequence.
Maybe not compatible?

Try to export the settings of the service from registry in a nativ installation and import them during sequencing.
Then start the service manual in a cmd with privileged rights. Sometimes this workaround works.
