error 1911

Hi,
I am getting this error with OFA.
Error 1911. Could not register type library for file [FILENAME]. Contact your support personnel". Any thoughts?

this happens when somefiles are missing in the packages. few days ago i was having the similar problems. ended deleting those files & coping by with the orginial files.. try that
