Error 1328

HI !
I have problems when I am installing office 2000 service pack 3. The error is the next:
Windows Installer Error 1328


Error applying patch to file C:\config.msi\pt12.tmp. It has probably been updated by other means, and can no longer be modified by this patch. For more information contact your patch vendor.

Office was installed since CD-ROM but I get the same error when it was installed since a network share folder...

I hope that someone help me !!

Using the 'MSI Errors' link at the top of THIS page and entering '1328' as the search term, a link to a MS KB article is shown in the 'See Also' section. Any use?

It's generally adviseable to use the tools available to you before posting. If you have already tried the resolutions suggested in the link, if would be helpful to say so in the post.
