Email when machine checks in
I have a machine that is rarely online and need a notification when it comes online or checks in next. Is there a way for us to have the K1000 send an email or create a ticket as soon as a specified machine comes online?

In the Reporting tab, you can set up Email Alerts. You can create filters for those the same way you create Smart Labels. For that one machine, you could use something like:

You could take that code from the notifcation and do a custom report and schedule that using the custom crontab scheduling option. Remember to put a check mark to only send when data is present.
