Is there a way to query an email rule event that has completed.  I would to confirm if the rule actually did launch and send the email to the submitter.  I did not see anything in the HD_TICKET_CHANGE or HD_TICKET_CHANGE_FIELD tables.  Thanks a bunch!

  • Thanks chucksteel, I currently have something setup like that. Just hoping there was a datetime stamp somewhere in the database I can reference back similar to the rule log information.

I will normally check the box to add a comment to the ticket with something like "Emailed submitter on ticket creation."
