early expiration on trial?

I downloaded a k2000 trial two days ago. I've messed around a bit with deploying scripted installs, and this morning I recieved the following message:

License Summary: Product: KBOX 2000 Trial
Version: 3.2.29051
Status: Expired
Expires: Thu, Oct 21 2010
Activation Status: Usage Exceeded
Modules: KBOX Systems Deployment Appliance
Seats: 10
Used Seats: 2

License Key:
Status: Valid
Expires: Thu, Oct 21 2010
Modules: KBOX Systems Deployment Appliance
Seats: 10

I'm curious as to whether this is intended or not? It seems like it would be difficult to effectively trial something if simply in the course of doing several scripted installs to the same machine it deactivates the trial license.

Hi,

Sorry to hear about the license issue.

In your case, I confirmed when you registered (when the 45 day limit starts) and the licenses looks good with 43 days left.

That is a symptom when the license key is used more than once.

You will want to utilize our Trial Appliance Chat to get it sorted:

Be sure to select the option in the middle, Trial Appliance Chat.
Rating comments in this legacy AppDeploy message board thread won't reorder them,
so that the conversation will remain readable.
