DPInst ICON command line

I want to switch my DPInst.exe installer to use the command line instead of a xml file.
However, I don't know how to add the icon to the command line arguments.

How do I add this:

<icon>App.ico</icon>

to this:

DPInst.exe /el /lm /se /sw /L 0x0409

Ronan.

It doesn't look like there's a suitable switch/argument http://msdn.microsoft.com/en-us/library/ms790806.aspx
Rating comments in this legacy AppDeploy message board thread won't reorder them,
