DOS box control

I am new to this forum and this is my first post here.

I have an application that has an EXE wrapper and acts on on 2 different MSI's. My question is: can I minimize the DOS box when executing a BAT file that runs the 2 MSI files. I would like to minimize or hide the DOS box during the installation. I have tried using the start /wait /min before the executable with no success. Are there any other methodologies that I could use to do the same? Thanks for any/all input.

Create a shortcut to your bat file go to its properties, shortcut tab and change Run to ‘minimized’. Run your bat from the shortcut.

Or do it in VBS – you know its better!
