Does Kace Support Conditional Fields In A Form?
This was asked by one of our developers who has created a new queue for a specific system we will be supporting and are creating a new intake form.
"Does Kace provide for conditional forms?
Example:
A field asks if something is required. If the user answers 'no', nothing happens, 'no' is recorded for that field, and the user moves onto the next field.
If, however, the user answers 'yes', additional fields appear to ask for more information pertaining to the original 'yes' answer."
Does Kace do this? Currently, we would offer a field such as "User Requires Systems Access?" and have a multiple options field for 'None', System A, System B, etc.
Thanks,

The only field that supports this kind of interaction is the category. I feel like this has been posted before and there is a request for it on the kace.uservoice.com site, but I can't find it right now. If you really need this functionality then I suggest building a form in another platform that emails the results to the queue. You can specify fields in the email using variables like this:
@priority=low
@category=New User Request
@requiressystema=yes
@requiressystemb=no
