We are changing from SysAid to KACE Help Desk and would like to be able to import all the current support tickets and requests.   We know we can export from SysAid and have tested it's functionality so we know it works.    Is there a way to import from a .xlsx or .csv into KACE? We are currently on the 7.2 ver on the SMA

we just went through a similar process... and sadly, the short answer is NO they do not have a way to import tickets.
We had to use their paid services to import our csv file to our new service desk que in kbox.
