Does anyone using Kace 1000 get a blue screen when distributing a managed installation of Office 2013 x64?
What happens is I will deploy Office 2013 x64 using the Kace agent. It will then prompt the user that Kace is ready to download and instlal Office 2013 through the messaging system from Kace. After the installation you then open up Outlook for the first time and do an automatic profile configuration since the machine is tied to a domain. The second it finishes the machine does a blue screen. From what I know this only happens once. After that it doesn't occur again from what I have been observing so far from other installs on user machines. I am not sure if I should spend to much time on it but it does bother me and worry me a bit. Any help would be appreciated!
