We are in the SW Florida area.  After multiple discussions with our Manager we have come to the realization we do not have the resources to get our K1000 (specifically Help Desk) configured the way we would like it and write all the reports that we will need within our time constraints. We would like to know if there is anyone who knows this and has availability to fully setup the parameters.  Recommendations appreciated.

This doesn't help you find a contractor, but have you contacted KACE support and taken advantage of the training offered?

  • Yes we have, however, we have limited resources and were considering having someone assist onsite by actually changing some configurations and writing some reports - getting us kick-started so to speak.

Most people here are happy to help in whatever way they can so just make mention of the things you need.

I helped one guy (great bloke too) in Boston (from here in Australia) build his deployment solution for about a thousand machines. Theres heaps of other guys that have done bigger help outs than that too.

So long as you're happy to wait for the email replies that is :S
