Divers with Sysprep

Hello,

Im having a problem. I have built a singile image for all my computers within my district. But windows installes its own nic driver and not the one I I want it to. I Have edited the Sysprep.in and Place the OemPnPDrivers settign on there. It will install all the drivers that I want it to but the Nic. I did some research and I was told that this will always happen. If winodws has a driver then It will install it first before it goes to the OemPnPDrivers. Now the question I have is this...how do I change that? I do not want the windows driver I want the new updated driver to install on sysprerp. Is there a way to do this?
