Display Postinstallation Task Counter

Some time ago I thought I remembered seeing a post here from someone who had developed a script that could be used as a postinstallation task that displays a counter of PI tasks as they run. Sort of a progress meter for the scripted installation.

Does this ring a bell with anyone?
