I did check it online before posting. Most of the solutions were to get it done via the group policy none where via the transform.

Group Policy changes ultimately make registry change(s) and are thus easily able to be incorporated into a transform.

This can easily be set within the transform if you are using the 'Disable user items interface' option within the Custom Installation Wizard
