Where can I find information on setting up ExpertAssist so that I can have remote (travelling) users log support requests?

I don't think ExpertAssist is a tool for logging support requests. It is a tool for remotely doing the support once a request has been made.


Once it is deployed to clients, you can connect to port 2000 on them (http://clientname:2000) and do all sorts of things, including remote-control.


For creating workorders a different tool will be needed, there are several ones around at various price options.
