Deploying Java (8 update 121) on multiple machine (HELP NEEDED!)
Hello everyone,
So I'm having a HARD time deploying Java on multiple machines. I'm new to Kace and I'm having a difficult time using it. I found some tutorials online (c_brock ) but it's not working for me. We are currently using Kace K1000 at my job. I installed java 8 update 121 manually on a machine and I can see it within Kace>inventory>software but now what do I do. PLEASE someone help me.

I can't help you with the KACE stuff but do remember to turn off the automatic update nonsense (and no, it doesn't stop with just setting the public properties!). Unless you're really into call after call after call into your Helpdesk when the inevitable "out-of-date" messages start coming in.
