Deploy softwares in bulk

In my office i need to deploy many software for each user , my intention is to deploy all at once without attending.. for each software how i can pass commands via CMD . (ie-next>next>i accept) . can any one suggest me  how to code them,as a .bat file

If these are windows machines I suggest PsExec (part of pstools)

Silent installation varies by application. If the applications are distributed as MSI files then you can use msiexec.exe to install them without interaction. There are resources here in the Software Tips section for many applications but if the ones you need to deploy aren't listed you can post a specific question and someone might be able to help.

      Its very good tool for free.

      In regards to (ie-next>next>i accept) etc, Thats the role of the "Applications Packager", its quite a indepth field, not something you can pickup on the side.

      I just google this very quickly, but it will give you an idea of what the role is about, I have a feeling your prodding a big can of warms and you dont know what your getting your self into (:
