Hi, we have an issue with Dell Updates Scheduling. We cannot schedule update jobs due to an error related to time zone or to some kind of string conversion done via PHP. We couldn't run a scheduled update since K1000 installation.

Each time we try to schedule a Dell Update job, in the job details > show all  the clients are shown as "NOT SCHEDULED" and we see in the Server Error Log:

In the K1000 log we see:

 

[2014-10-22 14:11:16 +0200] KBOX [info] Exception in convertToAgentTime(): DateTime::__construct(): Failed to parse time string (Mer 22 Ott 14:11:16 2014) at position 0 (M): The timezone could not be found in the database

 

Our regional settings are Italian, timezone Europe/Berlin and the time is set via NTP.
