Dell OptiPlex 9020 Image to Latitude E5540
I came across something odd -- I deployed an image of an OptiPlex 9020 to a Latitude E5540. When I right-clicked on My Computer, Properties, it shows the computer as an OptiPlex 9020 under System. How do I get the OS to recognize the computer as a Latitude and not an OptiPlex? Besides, creating a new image....

If you are referring to the Computer Description field, that is saved along with the image during capture. It's not automatically set by the machine, it's manually entered. You could devise a script to detect the model and change that, perhaps.
The computer model will be properly detected by the KACE Agent, it doesn't depend on that line.
