Deletion of a computer without agent

Hello,

I have trial version of K1000 for 3 days . I ask questions :

- I deleted KACE agent on one computer but this computer is always in Inventory. Don't remove automatic ?

- Where I can setting action if computer don't connect for 30 days, for example, remove this computer from my Inventory ?

- It's possible to synchronise Active Directory to Dell KACE ? Because I have one AD with some name of computer don't exist (rename, add or exit)

EDIT, new question : How can try key of software ? Example, for Office Word I have 5 key with serial XXXX-XXXX-XX... and 3 key with serial YYYYY-YYYY-YYYY.... . So, I will like to know count computers with serial X and count computers with serial Y.

Thanks,

Florian.

No

Yes. It is dependent on what you want to synchronise, users or computers. Configuration steps are in the Admin Guide.

No, we cannot tell if an agent was uninstalled because you want to delete the machine.

- Where I can setting action if computer don't connect for 30 days, for example, remove this computer from my Inventory ?
This is called MIA. please set this at inventory->computer->choose action->settings

- It's possible to synchronise Active Directory to Dell KACE ? Because I have one AD with some name of computer don't exist (rename, add or exit)

Ok Thanks. For AD and Key, I will look soon.

I have a problem when I want install Kace Agent in a subnetwork :
ERROR: Failed to copy file - /kbox/bin/KBRemoteService.exe - NT_STATUS_SHARING_VIOLATION

Or

Problem with access port

But some computers are OK for agent. All Computers of my subnetwork use Windows XP 32. Firewall is desactived (I haven't this problem with other subnetwork which have same configuration).

Good Day !

Florian.
