Is there anyway to remove an email from a ticket or comments that get posted to the wrong ticket?

Using custom ticket rules, yes... however, Dell KACE would advise against it since you'd be performing DELETE commands on your database.

I understand....I was hoping there was an easy command I could run---or an option I wasn't seeing as Admin. I know I can delete the whole ticket, but I have that option disabled. I just want to remove an email that was sent to a ticket that doesn't belong there---and throws the whole ticket out of kilter.....I will just add a comment to disregard that particular part of the ticket.

You could make it an "Owners Only" comment - that would at least hide it from users/customers. Unfortunately the only way to delete a single comment is by way of a custom ticket rule.
