Date Range Form Report
I would like to know if it is possible to have a report that obtains the date range through a form that an end user fills out.
In other words, my boss wishes to see the number of tickets closed last Monday through Friday so I have to create a report that would give him those specific dates -- is there a way to write a report that allows him to choose the dates he wishes to see the information from without my having to edit the report every time?

Support is correct, this is not possible with the KBOX.
You can use 3rd party programs reporting tools to connect to the kbox, and create these dynamic forms.
