Is there any one who knows, where saves information when i configure programs database. I have a problem with program HL reise, i need to configure it database,but cant save that, so may be some one knows how can i do that or some where else,may be there should be some file or other thing

That's an application question. Each application's database is likely to be different. Even if it had a common back-end (e.g. Microsoft Access or SQL Server) the tables would all be different. You'll need to ask the application's vendor.
