CutePDF Writer - SaveAs Dialog comes up in the background

I wanted to check if you have encountered this issue before.
We had packaged CutePDF Writer 2.8.04 and GPL Ghostscript 8.15 as separate packages, everything goes on fine with a minor issue. When we install both these applications and then try printing from notepad or Microsoft Word, it takes us to the select printer dialog and then when we click on OK, the "Save As" dialog is displayed in the background (behind the notepad or Microsoft word app) and we have to click on the dialog in the taskbar to make it visible.
Something which confuses me further is that the source also behaves the similar way sometimes... if it behaved the same way always it would have been great... [:)]
