Crystal Reports 2008 with SP1, SP2 and FixPack 2.6

I am having problems deploying fix pack 2.6. I have created a vbs script to deploy Crystal 2008 with SP1 and SP2 and that works fine. However, when I try to push out the fix pack 2.6, I then get an error that it can't find crw32.exe. Now if I install the fix pack 2.6 by hand then it works fine. Why is this...please help!
