Creation of log file
How can one create a log for a .exe file? To what extent is it true that not all .exe files support creatiion of their log files? Please gice me all commands you guys have to create the log. Also if there is atool to create and analyse these long log file contents.

Yes I am referring to the setup.exe files. Can i generate logs for them just like we create logs for the MSIs by using ..../l*v .... etc
