Creating MSP...

Is it possible to convert MSI to MSP? if yes, software suggestions... thanks.

You can't convert it to an MSP, as MSP have more information in them for GUIDs for files and how they change for previous versions of the app. But you can use Wise to compare 2 MSI files and give you an MSP.
