We need to create a service ticket report that would look like the service ticket page, without having to do a screen dump of the ticket.  We need to break it down for a particular owner, with one ticket per page.  We don't want the spreadsheet format.  We want it to look like the service ticket.

  • I don't think Kace will do that for you. If this is to be an ongoing requirement you could look to auto-populating a separate webpage. You would be then be able to control the look and feel of the report. Another option is to use a BI tool like crystal reports or tableau.
  • The reporting engine is just tabular so that can't be modified. As Druis mentioned, you could use a 3rd party tool to connect to the KBOX and create your own designed interface and forms.
  • You could create a custom drop down in your Service desk that says email ticket information. Then run a custom rule when selected and saved that sends email with all the ticket data in the order that you need, but as the guys say above that is about as good as it gets visually.
