treat it pretty much like win 7

  • upload the 2008 media into the library and proceed like you are deploying a win 7 scripted install with that media - SMal.tmcc 11 years ago
  • Forgot to mention. I didn't build none of the deployment, the person the created them is no longer with the company. - vfernandes 11 years ago

  • your boot should work
You must use the K2000 Media Manager and an installation disk or a mounted ISO image to install the operating system using installation or source files.

    • you will need a 64bit winpe 3.1 boot environment uploaded and the media for 2008x64 to start - SMal.tmcc 11 years ago
  • If your company can cut loose with some $$$ it may be worth to bring a trainer in to help you and the other staff to learn about the Kace. They will give good hand holding training for newbies, they came into house when we first got the box and it was worth it to us.
