How do you update packages, fore example a update to the Aftereffects CS3 application. Adobe have released a update (version 8.0.18), its available as a .exe file.
If I install it the application is upgraded, but how should I makes this more deploymentable ?
I have bad experience with .msp files, I have tried to create a .msi file with wise, but have some problems, then the installation should replace allready installed files.
How should you do ?

Updates can come out as MSI files as well. Check your %TEMP% directory after the first window of the setup.exe execution is shown for a MSI or MSP file

The setup do not create any .msi or .msp file, but I have create a new .msi file now. Its working fine.
