When you say "create", do you want a custom-designed message box or the equivalent of VB Script's MsgBox statement?

Wise Package Studio? WiseScript? Wise for Windows Installer? Wise Installation System? Did you somehow manage to install one of these products without the Help file(s)?

why not create a dialogue and conditionally call it..

what exactly do you want in this box thats so complicated ? you can generate MSI table data on the fly should you need it.

A text needs to be displayed in the message box along with an image

I agree with John. Use the Dialog Editor and have the dialog you build conditionally-called. If you want to go the message box route, you'd need to build a custom DLL complete with image lists, etc, etc, etc. That would be hideously complex for what you want to achieve.
