Hi. how to create automatic tickets on the k1000 ?? What I mean by create automatic tickets, I mean kbox will create automatic ticket for me with a name already like maintenance dosent need to assign already to the spec user but just created for example weekly exacly time 12, is it possible something like that ?? thanks in advance.


I found this but is not working and I think this is not exacly what I wanna.

It's really easiest to do this by having another system send emails to the Helpdesk to have the tickets created. You can set fields by assigning variables at the top of the email. For instance:


@category=Maintenance Request

This would set the owner of the ticket to user 1233 and the category to "Maintenance Request" (assuming that's a category).

      • Hot to create this system.
      • That's going to depend highly on your environment and what types of servers you have available.
      • I have a virtual server so I can create a new server over there, if you have any manual that would be great.
