Could someone help me on LDAP Authentication?

 

Im planning to use LDAP authentication, but it always fails even in testing.. do I missed something here most specally on the LDAP or AD server side? Where can I find the correct credentials that K1000 is looking in my AD? I believe that this is an administrator account but still fails... Help me Im drowning in a full of failures....

Answer Summary:
The LDAP login for K1000 AD authentication must be entered in DOMAIN\Username format or in Distinguished Name Format (Ex: CN=bwhitman,OU=users,DC=kace,dc=com)
