copy files regardless of source folder

Using a .CMD file on windows 7 how can you copy a file regardless of the folder it's in?   Example:   In folder c:\temp\Junk.abc  I have a file called Myfile.dll    Also in this same folder I have another file called   DoCopy.cmd.    What command in DoCopy.cmd do I use to copy any file called *.dll in Junk.abc to the location I choose?   And Junk.abc will vary per machine.
