Connect-HPBIOS for Gen9 HP baldes

I am trying to connect to my Gen9Blade for pulling out the BIOS information, However the COnnect-HPBIOS is failing to create a connection, I am using the ILO IP address and the error message which I receive is


Error message :Make sure iLO VSP and WinPE EMS is set correctly
