Configuring MST
I have made a MST file of a MSI file of a Software named PC Master 3.03.01(which has been sent by client) my mst file is getting installed properly & running properly in the Administrator mode but while i am trying to launch the Program from the PowerUser mode it is first configuring then running so is there any way out to omit the configuration? hepl needed..

Check the application event log. The MSI is missing a key path. The event log entry will tell you what component's key path is missing then you can go to the MSI and find the key path. You will then have to do some detective work as to why the key path is missing.
