Component condition (WPS 7.0 sp2)
Hi all,
I have 8 registry keys and base on these registry keys I want to install a single component.
e.g.
HKLM\software\test1
HKLM\software\test2
HKLM\software\test3
HKLM\software\test4
HKLM\software\test5
HKLM\software\test6
HKLM\software\test7
HKLM\software\test8
I also have 8 component name
test1
test2
test3
test4
test5
test6
test7
test8
What can I do inorder to have only that component installed base on the system search. So if the system search found HKLM\software\test1 then install test1 component.
This is what I know. Create 8 public properties with the appropriate name.Do a system search to read raw value from the registry and add a component rule to each component. Am i missing something or need to add anything else?
Any help will be greatly appreciated.
