Client Installation Wizard

I am using a RIS Server 2000 to build Windows 2000 Professional systems. RIS has always worked until recently.
Now the setup fails immediately after the download of the client installation wizard.

Can anyone assist in solving this mystery?

Corrupt file system on the RIS server??
