Change the wording in the KBOX Alert
Is there any way to change the wording in the KBOX Alert. Specifically, I'd like to be able to change "KBOX Alert" to "IT needs to do the following...".
I sent an email to my users about KBOX alerts for patching, but of course, nobody read the email and people keep asking me "What is this KBOX Alert?"
It looks like I can add a 20px x 20px logo, but I don't see how to change the wording.

Wording can't be changed at this time. I believe there is an open feature request at http://kace.uservoice.com
